- 2 whole fresh mackerel or large pomfret
- 2 heaped tbsp. GC Recheado Masala Paste
- 1 onion diced
- Vegetable oil
- De-scale and clean fish and dry with paper towel.
- Slit the fish on either side to create deep pockets to fill. Lightly salt the fish and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add 2 tbsp of GC Recheado Masala Paste and mix with onion.
- Stuff the fish and keep aside for 10 minutes, draining any access water.
- Heat a little oil in a fry pan.
- Fry fish on both sides until cooked.
