• 2 whole fresh mackerel or large pomfret
  • 2 heaped tbsp. GC Recheado Masala Paste
  • 1 onion diced
  • Vegetable oil


  1. De-scale and clean fish and dry with paper towel.
  2. Slit the fish on either side to create deep pockets to fill. Lightly salt the fish and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, add 2 tbsp of GC Recheado Masala Paste and mix with onion.
  4. Stuff the fish and keep aside for 10 minutes, draining any access water.
  5. Heat a little oil in a fry pan.
  6. Fry fish on both sides until cooked.
